Avinash Reddy Munnangi: Translate other languages to English in Tableau

"Few days’ back one of my friend had a requirement to translate few words which is in Chinese and Spanish into English using Tableau.

This is how our conversation starts,

My friend – Avinash, we have column called Issue and it contains data in multiple languages and our customer wants to translate them in English to understand it. Is there any way to translate these words that is in different languages to English using tableau?"
