- Try searching with keywords or find support by product

- Under Knowledge Base search with keywords and explore the results under Knowledge Articles

Submit a Support Case
Looking to submit a Support Case? Follow the instructions given below:
- Go to https://www.tableau.com/support/case
- You must enter an issue into the search bar before you can submit a support case. Once you enter a keyword or topic, select Attach Case Information, and a new window will open.
- Enter the details or navigate to the related articles displayed on the right. Upload any attachments you may have to help us better understand the issue.
- Once all the details are entered, click Submit Case. Our team will get back to you as per the SLAs outlined here.
