User Group Meeting of the Week: Oklahoma

The Oklahoma Tableau User Group meetup showcased the importance of Tableau enablement and user adoption. Christin Bivens, Senior Business Intelligence Developer at OU Health, discussed how OU Medical grew their Tableau engagement from tens of users to hundreds, and how its business intelligence department tripled in size. Christin gave tips around being on brand, creating an internal community, monitoring metrics, and empowering your team. It doesn’t stop there. Maxwell Croft, Membership Enablement at Interworks, spoke on strategies for better user adoption and engagement; specifically, the 3 P’s: People, Process, and Platform.
