Dr. Nikolaus Weinberger

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Management Board of the windeln.de SE, Nikolaus Weinberger is responsible for Finance & Controlling, Business Intelligence, Corporate Communications, Legal, HR and Facility Management. Before joining windeln.de SE in 2015, Nikolaus Weinberger has worked for Goldman Sachs Investment Banking in Frankfurt, London and San Francisco from 2000 until 2015. At Goldman Sachs, he focused on consumer, retail and e-commerce companies in the German speaking region. Nikolaus Weinberger has a graduate degree in business administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and a doctoral degree in business administration from the University of Ulm.

Fabian Kothe

CTO / CPO, real.digital

Fabian has started as one of the first employees at a startup called Hitmeister in 2007 with the vision to build a fixed price marketplace in germany. With a background in computer science and economics he is responsible for the product and tech unit and one of the managing directors. Hitmeister was sold to the Metro group in 2016 and just recently was acquired by the Schwarz group - Germany's largest grocery chain and one of the biggest in the world. In 2007 they started with a GMV of 0 and will hit approx. 1b in 2019/2020.

Dr. Franco Lucà

CEO, DEF Group

Dr. Franco Lucà, Dr. in Business Sustainability, is CEO of the online retailer DEF Group.
Franco Lucà has a long experience in the cosmetic (both finished goods and packaging) as well as in the luxury goods industries. In his carrier he covered B2B and B2C global markets. Between 2016 and 2019, he was CEO of China and South East Asia for Intercos Group, the global leader in the colour cosmetic industry. During this experience he has gained very deep insight into the Chinese and Asian online business, consumer behaviour in these countries and has therefore a very profound understanding of the cultural and business differences between the Asian and Western countries. Since July 2019 he is the CEO of DEF Group, a Private Equity owned Pure Online Retailer.
