The best place to start is to reset your tableau.com account password. If that doesn’t resolve the issue then please submit a help request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you were denied access to a specific page please check to make sure you are logged in using your Tableau ID. Access the Sign-In portal from the website's header. On rare occasions you may hold insufficient permissions to access a given page. It's also possible that the page was referenced by mistake in promotional materials.
