I am a developer advocate, or, as Warren Thornthwaite used to call me, a data magician with many hats who pushes the limits every day to improve and help make faster and better decisions. My passion as a System Engineer is helping to grow others, bringing my experience of over 20+ years designing “& implementing Data Warehouses and leading Data “& Analytics mission-critical projects for Telco, Energy, Mobile Food, and Health Care. Will is a consultant at The Information Lab, United Kingdom. He's been using Tableau since 2014 and used Tableau Public at the start of 2020 to prepare for the Tableau certification. After seeing the amazing work from the Tableau community, he was inspired to develop his data skills further, regularly participating in community projects like #PreppinData, #RWFD, #IronQuest. Now he co-hosts the community initiative #GamesNightViz, which is a monthly data viz, prep, and design challenge featuring data from all types of games. Besides work, he is a keen member of his local running club and uses this as another source of inspiration for his data visualizations.
