Tableau on Tableau for HR

Human resources teams are notoriously challenged by a multitude of data sources, misaligned metrics, and burdensome reporting processes. These problems mean that HR teams spend the bulk of their efforts answering everyday questions, and not enough time using actionable data to address the strategic challenges facing the organization. Join this webinar with Tableau’s Director of People Analytics Jon Agnone and his team, as well as Amir Meimand from Tableau’s Solution Engineering team, to learn about how Tableau HR and other customers are using our products to create trusted self-service analytics, to answer ad hoc HR questions faster, and to tackle key strategic HR business priorities, including:

  • Creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce
  • Fairly and systematically promoting and compensating our employees
  • Identifying how to improve the employee experience
  • Help with anticipating workforce needs via attrition modeling—with Einstein Analytics!
