Wendy Batchelder is a two-time Chief Data Officer in the technology industry with a wide understanding of how to take highly technical aspects of data management and translate them into simple, concise business valued solutions that are practical and simple to understand. Her background has led her to lead global data & analytics organizations at three Fortune 500 companies. She approaches situations with curiosity and humility, which has led to applying innovative data solutions to challenges with increased complexity to deliver value that companies can measure.

A lifelong learner, Wendy graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems, from Drake University with a Masters of Accountancy, from University of Iowa with an Executive MBA, and pursues ongoing education through Harvard Business School. Her work history includes EY, KPMG, Aviva, Wells Fargo, VMware and Salesforce.

Wendy resides in West Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband and six children.

Dr. Andy Moore has been leading enterprise digitalization at Bentley Motors for the last four years. He is responsible for driving the adoption of digital technology such as software development, data analytics and UX design to improve user experiences and drive efficiencies. He has led Bentley’s self-service analytics strategy to drive data transformation across all areas of the business, combining executive sponsorship and community to capture value and improve decision making.

Heidi Lanford is a Chief Data and Analytics Officer with over 30 years of global strategy and operations leadership experience. Most recently, she served as the Chief Data Officer at one of the big three credit ratings agencies

Andy Cotgreave is co-author of The Big Book of Dashboards, and Technical Evangelist at Tableau. He is the host of If Data Could Talk, co-host of Chart Chat and columnist for Information Age. He has over 15 years’ experience in data visualisation and business intelligence, first honing his skills as an analyst at the University of Oxford.  Andy helps customers, media and analysts across all industries see and understand their data. He has inspired thousands of people with technical advice and ideas on how to identify trends in visual analytics and develop their own data-discovery skills.
