Exercise

  1. Create a view that demonstrates the different Compute Using options for INDEX(), RANK(), and/or FIRST().
  2. Demonstrate the difference between a data source filter and a table calculation filter.
  3. Create a view that uses a KPI calculation (Bonus: alter the calculation using a parameter).
  4. Create a calculated field that can be use to filter customers to only show customer that begin with the letter 'A'. Create another calculated field to only show customer's that have positive profit.
  5. Explain what the ZN() function does.
  6. Create a bullet chart.
  7. Demonstrate the difference between user filters created manually and automatically.
