Visualizing Return on Investment at OurHealth

With the high cost of providing healthcare coverage, companies are considering the benefits of on-site health clinics to serve their employees. OurHealth provides this service at a lower overall cost to employers and employees—delivering doctor’s appointments, lab testing, health and wellness coaching, and a patient portal.

OurHealth collects data from claims, call centers, electronic health records (EHR), and incentive programs—all crucial to operational efficiency. Analysts use this data to measure health outcomes of patients and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) to their clients.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how OurHealth uses Tableau to:
• Monitor incoming claims to their datamart to spot missing or abnormal values.
• Explore scope and type of referrals handled by OurHealth clinics on a daily and weekly basis.
• Understand Medical Response Team call volume, frequency, locations, and content to determine optimal workflow.
• Empower executives with a KPI dashboard, allowing them to drill down into the data and drive performance improvement.
