We'll walk step-by-step through setting up Slackbot and Tableau, supported by  Model Context Protocol (MCP). We’ll help you query Tableau dashboards and data sources, explore metrics from Tableau Pulse, and answer data questions with natural language directly inside Slack.

• To test this integration: You'll need to be able to login to a Slack workspace (provided by Salesforce) and a free Tableau Cloud developer sandbox site.
• To implement this solution in your business: You'll need your Tableau Site Admin to grant permissions and the Tableau App installed on your Slack Workspace. Your Slack workspace will need to be on a Business+ or Enterprise+ plan to use Slackbot.
