Accessing your product key

  1. Log into your Customer Portal and go to "All Keys Report"
  2. You will find a Tableau Prep key in each qualifying portal account. Existing Tableau Desktop keys do not work with Tableau Prep. You must use your Tableau Prep key.
  3. Nab your key and get started with Tableau Prep!
