In this new video interview, Kumar explains how Unilever is using Tableau to combine different data sources to understand their customers in ways that have never before been possible.

Amylin Pharmaceuticals may keep busy developing and commercializing groundbreaking diabetes drugs, but they haven't lost their appreciation for the simpler things in life. "We think Tableau is the greatest thing since sliced bread," their Director of Commercial Insights, Rommel Fernandez, told us. Fernandez says Tableau has revolutionized the way he works. "What would have taken me five hours to do, I can do in one with Tableau. It’s probably greater to be honest with you," he says.

"Tableau has been probably the most significant step we've taken towards self-service BI, which has been the number one goal of our journey since day one," says Kevin Sonsky, the Senior Director of Business Operations at Citrix. "With Tableau, we get insight into information that we really struggled with before. So we're finding that we have a lot more insight into our customer behaviors and their buying patterns around the products —- something that we've just never been able to accomplish before."

Starting on June 10, the Tableau team will leave Seattle and invade the UK for our 2013 Tableau European Customer Conference.
