Katharine Bierce

Katharine Bierce runs qualitative and quantitative research in her role as a thought leadership content project manager on the Salesforce.org research team. Her work includes trends research reports for higher education and non-profit industries, internal and external surveys, message testing, and research knowledge-management. Prior to her work in research, she held several marketing and thought leadership content roles with Salesforce.org, including managing its blog. She oversaw the editing and publication of 250+ articles per year, as well as e-books on AI for social good and more. Katharine is a lifetime member of Net Impact and a StartingBloc fellow, and she produced tech for good events with the SFTech4Good Meetup (a NetSquared community) from 2014–2018. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago and holds Agile Scrum Master and PMP certifications.
