On-Demand Webinar

Zulily's top tips for a more data driven approach to digital marketing

Creating a clear understanding of the customer can feel messy. Volumes of data from your website, social media, email campaigns, and beyond can feel like a lot to unpack. So how can you take all this data to create targeted content, segmentation, and personalization? Sasha Bartashnik leads a team of analysts and data scientists at the fast growing e-commerce retailer Zulily, and has found effective ways to dig through the data to answer important business questions from executives such as:

  • How is the business performing today, hour by hour?
  • How can we detect and predict our high value customers?
  • When is the customer expected to make their next purchase? To fall off?
  • How can we use customer surveys to improve our customer experience?

Watch this on-demand webinar to learn how to connect to your data, what to do with it, and how to optimize it to grow your brand.

This webinar is free to attend and all levels are welcome. This is part of our Data Visualization for Marketers webinar series. View the series page here. Access the slide deck here.
