Everyone has something they want to change. Marketers want to change their customers’ minds and leaders want to change organizations. Start-ups want to change industries and nonprofits want to change the world. But change is hard. Often, we persuade and pressure and push, but nothing moves. Could there be a better way? Tableau is on a mission to empower individuals to use data to create meaningful, lasting change in their organizations and in the broader world.
Join us for this free, virtual event where you'll hear from thought leaders from the Wharton School, Stanford, Sysco, Globe Life Insurance, and Fox Corporation as we discuss how catalysts remove roadblocks, reduce barriers to change, uncover unconscious bias and transform organizational cultures.
Then, join us immediately after the Summit for a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Jennifer Eberhardt, titled Diversity in Leadership: The Power of Data and the Responsibility of Narrative in Achieving Equality. This power panel of Executives will share their leadership journey as a person of color, perspectives on how leadership can be more inclusive and their thoughts on the power of data and responsibility of leadership in understanding the influence of bias and the power of narrative. This panel is a narrative of a professional journey, experiences and thought leadership on how to inspire change.
