Tableau Asia Pacific initiated a customer experience research project in April to understand what matters the most to data enthusiasts. We thank all customers who have participated in this meaningful activity, sharing with us your Tableau journey.
We have reviewed the project findings extensively and wasted no time putting in place specific actions to address common feedback and interests - such as:
- How to build an analytics-driven culture across the enterprise and make it believable
- How to enable and empower Tableau Champions at each organization to be effective in changing mindset and motivating user adoption of Tableau
- What are the available resources and support from Tableau which Tableau Champions to the end users can tap on to reduce the learning curve
You will also hear from our guest speaker, Mr. Warren Glave, Project Manager–Robotics Process Automation & Analytics, Coca-Cola Refreshments, on his experience working with the Performance & Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE) and being personally involved in establishing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. He will shed light on how they transformed the organization into one that constantly has its finger on the pulse of their business and leverages data insights from S&OP to influence consumer experience positively.
