Mark is the Sr. Director of Healthcare where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Tableau's Healthcare Vertical. Having spent his entire career in the healthcare space, both payer and provider, Mark is well versed in the complexities and challenges facing this rapidly changing industry segment.

With a background that includes strategy and operational consulting, Mark brings both an analytical and real world perspective to solving complex business problems. As a fervent believer in the benefits that a modern analytics platform can provide, he is passionate about the mission of Tableau Healthcare, its customers and the opportunity to positively impact the care delivery system in the United States.

Mark has a BS in economics and finance from the University of Central Florida with advanced studies at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management

Ben Flock joined TEKsystems in January 2018. In this new role, he seeks to establish a blueprint to accelerate healthcare industry thought leadership; strategic innovation; collaborative relationships and partnerships; and development of game-changing digital transformation scenarios with TEKsystems’ customers and partners.

Flock is a recognized thought leader in healthcare and has spent the last 30 years building innovative technology solutions that address complex business challenges in this space. He has built his career working with companies including Cigna, UnitedHealth Group, Aetna and Travelers. Before joining TEKsystems, he spent 12 years as Microsoft’s chief healthcare evangelist.

Ben has a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Oswego and an MBA from the Lally School of Business @ Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Kirti Dua is a Senior Practice Manager and Solution Architect at TEKsystems Global Services with 21+ years of combined IT consulting and implementation experience. He has extensive experience in all phases of strategy, design and development of data centric intelligent applications. He brings rich domain expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Supply Chain and Public Sector Utilities.

Kirti has been with TEKsystems for 18+ years and is currently part of the Data Analytics & Insights Solution Consulting team. Over the last several years, his focus area has been delivering solutions based on business intelligence, data integration and data insights across Healthcare Providers, Payers, Life Sciences and Technology domains.

Kirti has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India.

Heather Namovich is a global operations and procurement leader with over 18 years of strategic sourcing and vendor management experience, having worked for Fortune 50 companies in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining TEKsystems in 2017, Namovich was director of enterprise risk and oversight within corporate compliance at CareSource Management Group, a large regional managed care organization. In this role, she was responsible for enterprise and third-party risk management programs, records management, as well as contract compliance and oversight of all delegates and first-tier, downstream and related entities.
