Tracking Recruit Actions at the OCC: Inspiring Customer Confidence and Process Improvement with Data

Human Capital began a massive overhaul of the OCC's hiring process in January 2016 after leadership identified "matching our workforce with our needs" as the number one risk to the agency. The process has included an analysis of the current state of hiring, the implementation of a robust staffing log to track requests and workload, and the development of reporting tools, made available to both HR and external customers. In this session, we’ll share our process improvement journey.
