When upgrading to version 2020.4 or newer, and the Server install has continually upgraded from 2018.1 or older while maintaining settings, it may not be possible to complete the upgrade. The upgrade failure message is “An error occurred during installation. Error occurred during encryption/decryption. Upgrade is unable to continue."
