When attempting to setup the Identity Pool using OpenID and Azure AD, the following error occurs:

Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS901001: Invalid request. The 'acr' values request parameter value 'Empty' is invalid.

Passing "null" as the acr value in the API Call during Identity Pool creation leads to the IDP login, but is met with the following error:
