Traditionally, finance workers have built relationships and made decisions based on the in-person sharing of information, expertise and firm culture.

However, in response to covid-19, financial firms worldwide rapidly moved millions of traders, wealth managers, bankers, insurers, accountants and auditors into home offices. How would they adapt to remote working? Would there be an impact on performance and decision-making?
