JY Pook leads the Asia Pacific (APJ) region for Tableau, and is responsible for the region’s overall efforts to enable customers to supercharge their digital transformations by leveraging data and analytics. JY has a depth of experience in the data and analytics space and of the APJ region, leading companies at the forefront of innovation in emerging data technologies such as AI, ML, predictive models and more. He has a keen focus on customer and employee success, building a team of enthusiastic data champions that rally behind Tableau’s mission to help people see and understand data, and deliver growth for customers.

JY’s passion to create real change in the world sees him being a vocal proponent of data for good; advocating the value of data in creating social impact and for the workforce of the next-generation.

JY joined Tableau in 2011, and under his leadership, rapidly grown the business in APJ to nine offices, serving thousands of customers and partners.

Celine Le Cotonnec

Chief Data & Innovation Officer, Bank of Singapore

Celine Le Cotonnec is Bank of Singapore’s Chief Data and Innovation Officer. She oversees the data strategy of the Bank and implementation of analytics use cases in cooperation with the OCBC Bank’s Group Customer Analytics & Decisioning and AI Lab. Her mission is to foster a culture of innovation while running the Bank’s Innovation Centre of Excellence.

Global VP of Technology, GSK Consumer Healthcare

Shivani has 23 years’ experience in IT in Consumer Goods and Healthcare. She is heading the Consumer & Customer Tech Products for GSK Consumer Healthcare globally.

With 4 years in GSK and 19 years in Procter & Gamble, Shivani has breadth of experience working in US, Japan, Belgium and Singapore, across digital marketing, supply chain tech, commercial tech and data and analytics. Shivani is striving for:

Bringing every day health and wellbeing of consumers around the world with technology: Shivani has led how technology can help to solve human problems. Way back in 2002, she invented an app for menstrual wellbeing and a personalized digital product for new mothers. Ever since she has pioneered digital programs which took her company from selling mere products to providing services and experiences. Today she leads teams to scale tech products, platforms and devices for pain, oral and respiratory health.

Making Tech and Digital as a business growth driver: While Shivani has been in IT most of her career she did get experience in P&L and marketing, giving her an acute sense of topline and bottom-line growth. She has been relentless to bring Tech’s seat at the table to develop business strategy. Her work in data and analytics in commercial and supply chain drove multi million revenue. In Singapore, Shivani has partnered with several companies bringing in RPA, blockchain AI, gamification and image recognition to solve retail problems to drive productivity and growth.

Inspiring tech talent: Shivani runs Global business from Singapore, leveraging and enhancing the growing local tech ecosystem. She has recruited and developed talent in Singapore to be part of not only Singapore but also lead Asia and globe. Shivani is a natural coach and mentor. She is active in the Singapore tech community to share learnings and grow people, with her positive and caring leadership style.

Rich Karlgaard

Editor-At-Large, Forbes

Rich Karlgaard, a 28-year veteran at Forbes, is the editor-at-large, futurist and writer of the “Tech Connector” column for Forbes Asia. He is a regular commentator on the Fox Business channel, and a speaker and panel moderator at business events around the world.

Karlgaard’s 2014 book on innovation culture, The Soft Edge, examined successful corporate cultures. It featured a foreword by Tom Peters and an afterword by the late Harvard Business School professor, Clayton Christensen.

His 2019 book, Late Bloomers, was favorably reviewed by National Public Radio’s Morning Edition, Harvard Business Review, and the Wall Street Journal. The Financial Times chose Late Bloomers as one of its must-read 2020 books. The Wall Street Journal selected Late Bloomers for its C-Suite book club.

Karlgaard has co-founded three companies and has been a board member and board advisor for several others. He holds a B.A. in political science from Stanford University. He and his family live in Silicon Valley. He is a past winner of the Northern California E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award.
