David has over 30 years of experience in U.S. Public Sector markets including State, Local and Federal government; civilian, defense, intelligence. Prior to Tableau David was the Federal CTO and Director of Pre-Sales Engineering leading a team in data protection and big data Hadoop business. As a technologist and visionary, David has led government agencies through disruptive technology strategies resulting in new agency initiatives, business models and mission capabilities. In 2009, David co-authored a White House OMB artifact resulting in a Presidential Directive guiding all Federal agencies through global IPv6 transition. David is a certified, Information Security professional with specialties in government data management and cyber security standards, compliance and risk management.

Brian Pancia is CEO and Founder of Finity IT, a leading IT and Management Consulting company on the bleeding edge of innovation. Brian has led the company to continued growth for seven consecutive years. Prior to Finity IT, Brian was a principal consultant for an IT Firm, where he specialized in process and enterprise software architecture. Before that, Brian served in the United States Air Force as a communications specialist. He has been sought out as an industry expert and has spoken at several IT events. Brian holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BS in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland University College.
