After completing a degree in International Relations in 2017, Diego discovered the importance of data-driven decisions while working for a Chilean consulting company. Inspired to learn new data analysis tools, he discovered the power of Tableau and our Community. Through Forums, User Groups, and Tableau Public, Diego gained new skills and built lasting relationships that have helped him grow into a globally-impactful Community leader.

Drawn to sharing knowledge and empowering others, he continues to hone his skills by teaching others. Especially passionate about elevating and empowering our Spanish-speaking Tableau Community, Diego leads ComuniDATOS - a Tableau User Group for the LATAM region with over 6000 members.

Diego Parker

Diego is a Data Analytics Specialist at Invesco EMEA. Originally from Chile, he moved to the UK in 2018 and joined The Data School, part of The Information Lab. There he learned Tableau under some of the best users in the world and set on a mission to solve complex problems using data. He is a Tableau Visionary, co-leader of the LATAM Tableau User Group and reached 4th place in Iron Viz 2020. He also loves making Latin American food and drinks!

Community Program Manager at Tableau

Lelia Christine Williams is an innovative and strategic marketer passionate about elevating underrepresented voices and connecting change-makers through community. She first joined Tableau in 2012 and focused on helping people learn and be successful with Tableau. She took a sabbatical in 2015 to coach, teach, and run events for creative entrepreneurs.

Upon returning to Tableau in 2017, Lelia led and executed field events across Latin America and the U.S. that connected people and created impact. In 2020, she championed and built the Women Leading Through Change program - a virtual initiative to bring the teachings of impactful community leaders to data people. In 2021, Lelia joined the Tableau Community team as an Integration & Enablement Program Manager, focused on elevating the reach and impact of our Community.

Lelia is passionate about empowering you to love yourself and the life you create - inside and outside of your work. Embracing her talents for writing and speaking, she designed and published the Wild Wisdom guided journal, and the Bloom in Love podcast. She lives in San Diego, CA with her lovable rescue pitbull, Dr. Indiana Jones.
