Bo McCready is a data scientist and Iron Viz champion from Austin, Texas. Bo has been using Tableau since 2012 in a career spanning education and big tech. You may have seen his work in publications like Forbes and the Saturday Evening Post, on the front page of Reddit, or in textbooks worldwide. Bo also is the 2025 Iron Viz champion and has had more than 12 Vizzes of the Day on Tableau Public. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. Joshua Milligan is a four-time Tableau Visionary. His passion is training, mentoring, and helping people gain insights and make decisions based on their data through visual analytics using Tableau and data prep using Tableau Prep Builder & Tableau Prep Conductor. He is a principal consultant at Teknion Data Solutions, where he has served clients in numerous industries since 2004. In 2017, Joshua was one of three Iron Viz finalists and competed on the big stage in Las Vegas. He is the author of the book Learning Tableau, now in its second edition and is working on the third. He lives with his wife and three children in Tulsa.

Kelly Martin
Kelly worked as a senior data analyst since 2000 and has an education in demography; the study of population patterns and behaviour. (MA, thesis defended 2001). She has worked in health care (public health, cardiology), child protection services, and telecommunications and is skilled in social research methods (including data analysis), statistics, SQL and Tableau. Kelly was one of our original Tableau Visionaries and was in the program for four years. She stepped back from contributing to the community when she was diagnosed with cancer. She passed away on September 30, 2019 at the age of 58. At Tableau, we will remember not only her skills but also her humility, one of the fundamental tenets of a successful community: Kelly shared ideas with the purpose of helping others, not for the sake of herself. In honour of Kelly’s many contributions, we are adding her to the Tableau Visionary Hall of Fame. We send our best wishes to her family and friends. She will be missed.

Klaus Schulte is a professor of management accounting at Münster School of Business in Germany. He teaches data visualization and Tableau to his controlling students in MSB’s various programs and also creates innovative and elegant Tableau solutions for his global clients at CO data. In 2018 Klaus competed on the biggest stage and became the #IronViz Champion at Tableau Conference Europe in London. Lindsay is the Director of Data Analytics and Visualization at HealthDataViz (HDV), a Sellers Dorsey solution, where she leads data visualization consulting projects with clients from various spectrums of the health and healthcare industry. With 20 years of healthcare expertise and 11 years using Tableau, she continues to be passionate about "telling the stories of our health" through data visualization. She is the co-author of the book Visualizing Health and Healthcare Data, a former adjunct professor of Data Visualization at Temple University, founder of the community project #ProjectHealthViz, and the #MomsWhoViz social network, and is a Tableau HOF Visionary and Public Ambassador. Lindsay remains active in the Tableau community and enjoys sharing beautiful vizzes on Tableau Public and speaking at TUGs to help share her knowledge with others. She currently lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two boys. I began my data journey while pursuing my Sports Biomechanics master's degree in 2014. As someone who loves sports and data, I joined the second cohort of The Data School UK in 2015. After completing The Data School, I had the opportunity to speak at various Tableau Conferences, where I participated in Tableau Speed Tipping. During my time away from The Information Lab, I worked on Estate Agent Analytics and Higher Education Analytics. In 2020, I rejoined The Information Lab's Core Team. I am actively involved in different community initiatives. I co-lead the Workout Wednesday initiative with several others and also co-lead the North West UK Tableau User Group. Additionally, I authored the book "Tableau Desktop Cookbook" in 2021. I am proud to be recognised as one of Tableau Visionaries and Tableau Public Ambassadors.

I started working for Leicestershire County Council 18 years ago as part of the Research team. But it was in 2011 that things really changed when I downloaded Tableau for the first time. Five (long) years later, in December 2016, we deployed Tableau Server across the Council. Currently, I'm called a Business Intelligence Development Team Leader. My job is to ensure the success of the Tableau deployment. I'm responsible for a team of developers that accesses Council data. Then wrangler it and add into our own database to allow analysts to plug in and viz. I'm also known to help with the vizzing.
