Heather Cox, Enterprise Analytics Lead @ Royal Automobile Association of SA (RAA)
Adelaide, Australia

Heather Cox is the Enterprise Analytics Lead at Royal Automobile Association of SA (RAA). She was first introduced to Tableau in university and now uses Tableau Desktop to build dashboards and visualizations for users within her company and administers her company’s Tableau Server. In her free time, Heather enjoys creating vizzes on topics of interest to her on Tableau Public. She is also involved in the community through Tableau User Groups, participating as a speaker.

Coming from a technical support background, Heather has become accustomed to being a problem solver for those around her. She brings this skill to the Tableau Community by commenting on posts in Tableau groups, chiming in on Tableau-based Discord servers, and answering questions on the Tableau Forums.
