Claudio Peragallo is responsible for the HR process integration and HRIS strategy at FEMSA, a fast growing organization of 250,000+ employees. FEMSA is the global leader in the Coca-Cola Bottlers system and a very strong player among retail and logistics businesses.

Claudio’s professional experience includes over 20 years of process improvement, professional services at multinational consultancy firms, third-party software selection, big transformation projects, and program management in large organizations both in the Americas and Europe. He is certified as a Prince2® Practitioner and is also a member of the Project Management Institute.

Over the last three years, Claudio has led the strategy of HRIS and HR processes integration and the implementation of Cloud Talent Management Suites at FEMSA, a program with 45,000+ active clients, covering all Talent processes: Career Development and Training, Succession planning, Recruiting, and Performance, Goals, and 360 Reviews.
