Stacie Tronto

Chief Audit Officer and the Executive Director of the Office of Internal Audit and Management Advisory Services

Stacie Tronto is the University's Chief Audit Officer and the Executive Director of the Office of Internal Audit and Management Advisory Services. She collaborates with the University's senior management and the ECU Board of Trustees to ensure that the office is meeting the University's needs. She develops the annual audit plan and oversees audit and consulting engagements.

Stacie earned her B.S. in Accounting and her MBA from East Carolina University.

Stacie has nearly 30 years of accounting and auditing experience in the higher education industry. She is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner.
