With a background that includes strategy and operational consulting, Mark brings both an analytical and real world perspective to solving complex business problems. As a fervent believer in the benefits that a modern analytics platform can provide, he is passionate about the mission of Tableau Healthcare, its customers and the opportunity to positively impact the care delivery system in the United States.

Flock is a recognized thought leader in healthcare and has spent the last 30 years building innovative technology solutions that address complex business challenges in this space. He has built his career working with companies including Cigna, UnitedHealth Group, Aetna and Travelers. Before joining TEKsystems, he spent 12 years as Microsoft’s chief healthcare evangelist.

Ben has a BS in Computer Science from SUNY Oswego and an MBA from the Lally School of Business @ Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Heather Namovich is a global operations and procurement leader with over 18 years of strategic sourcing and vendor management experience, having worked for Fortune 50 companies in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining TEKsystems in 2017, Namovich was director of enterprise risk and oversight within corporate compliance at CareSource Management Group, a large regional managed care organization. In this role, she was responsible for enterprise and third-party risk management programs, records management, as well as contract compliance and oversight of all delegates and first-tier, downstream and related entities.
