Building a Team of Tableau Champions

Becoming a data-driven organization is not a one-person job. Scaling analytical wins throughout your organization requires effort and coordination across multiple stakeholders, users, and functional areas. This needn’t be an exhaustive or expensive effort. Rather, with the right framework, standing up a team of Tableau Champions to support your strategic goals can be accomplished with ease. In this session, we will discuss the importance of engagement among various players such as data champions, technology partners, executives and more, as well as how to identify these people. We will also showcase how you can track level of effort among those players and reward their volunteerism to help the organization become more data-driven.
