Krishma Shah, Data Product Manager
New Jersey, USA

Krishma Shah is a Data Product Manager. She got started with Tableau during her time working in data journalism, where she needed a way to visually communicate stories backed by data. Starting as a curiosity, Tableau quickly became a key tool in her analysis toolkit by making insights engaging and accessible to a broad audience. Krishma began her learning journey by utilizing online tutorials, then expanding to blogs, YouTube videos, community projects, and the Tableau Forums to further her knowledge.

Now, Krishma co-leads the Data + Women US Northeast Tableau User Group. She got involved after feeling inspired by the women leaders in the Tableau community, and stepped up to become a co-lead to give back and foster a welcoming space for others. She is also active on Tableau Public where she draws inspiration from many places, including her cultural background, everyday curiosities, and social trends. She has built vizzes around Bollywood films, food, travel, and labor market shifts.
