Lelia Christine Williams

Tableau Community Marketing Manager at Salesforce

Lelia Christine Williams is a creative marketing leader passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices and building meaningful impact through community. With over a decade of experience across customer advocacy, field marketing, and global community strategy, she consistently delivers thoughtful, engaging experiences that resonate deeply and drive meaningful results.

Since first joining Tableau in 2012, Lelia has led projects that blend innovation with genuine human connection. Known for her persistence, resilience, and ability to find inventive solutions to tough challenges, she approaches each project with empathy, creativity, and determination.

Outside of work, she enjoys public speaking, art, and creative writing. Lelia lives in San Diego, CA, with her rescue dogs, Dr. Indiana Jones and Mr. Peanut.

Lindsay Betzendahl

Director of Data Analytics and Visualization at HealthDataViz (HDV), a Sellers Dorsey solution

Lindsay is the Director of Data Analytics and Visualization at HealthDataViz (HDV), a Sellers Dorsey solution, where she leads data visualization consulting projects with clients from various spectrums of the health and healthcare industry. With 20 years of healthcare expertise and 11 years using Tableau, she continues to be passionate about "telling the stories of our health" through data visualization. She is the co-author of the book Visualizing Health and Healthcare Data, a former adjunct professor of Data Visualization at Temple University, founder of the community project #ProjectHealthViz, and the #MomsWhoViz social network, and is a Tableau Hall-of-Fame Visionary and Ambassador. Lindsay remains active in the Tableau community and enjoys sharing beautiful vizzes on Tableau Public and speaking at TUGs to help share her knowledge with others. She currently lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and two boys. When not vizzing, she enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, hiking, boating, spending time with family and friends, building legos, running, and drinking a good craft beer.

SVP, Product Management

Elif Tutuk is a Senior Vice President of Product Management at Tableau with more than 20 years of experience in BI and analytics, including leading product innovation and design process within fast-growing product organizations. A creative and insightful product leader, she has developed and managed data and analytics products from early-stage concepts through commercialization and launch with a proven ability to deliver high-value product capabilities, especially in augmented intelligence technologies.

As the winner of the 2022 Business Intelligence Group’s Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards program, Elif was recognized for significant contributions in blending AI into analytics to further AI-human interactions with data. She is also a named author on multiple patent applications.

Esther Schenau

Director, Strategic Customer Engagement

Esther Schenau is Director of Strategic Customer Engagement at Salesforce, bringing a strong background in analytics with an M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Computational Biology. In her current role, she focuses on the future applications of analytics and how the technology drives change and decision making. She also shares her expertise as a guest industry speaker on analytics and business intelligence for the UW MSBA program. Based in Seattle, her solution engineering, coaching, and change management experience informs her belief that data and analytics is ultimately a human endeavor. In her spare time, Esther is equally at home camping in the mountains with family and friends or scouting the city for prime photography locations.

Leah Koshiyama

Sr. Director of Responsible AI & Tech in the Office of Ethical & Humane Use of Technology at Salesforce

Leah Koshiyama is Sr. Director of Responsible AI & Tech in the Office of Ethical & Humane Use of Technology at Salesforce. She is responsible for ensuring safe AI product launches by automating risk assessments, standardizing policies, and leading a team of AI Ethicists in pre-launch reviews in highly regulated industries and multi-modality applications. Appointed by Washington’s Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, Leah currently serves on the Washington State Artificial Intelligence (AI) Task Force in her personal capacity, representing the LGBTQIA+ voice/perspective. Her commitment to leadership and advocacy, both within her industry and for the LGBTQ+ community, was recognized in 2025 when she was named a Puget Sound Business Journal Outstanding Voices honoree. This distinction highlights her contributions to fostering a more inclusive and opportunity-rich environment in the Seattle area. Prior to Salesforce, Leah spent almost 5 years at Nike focused on leading initiatives related consumer privacy and transparency, digital identity, and trust and safety in partnership with their Chief Privacy Officer. Previous tenures include REI, Apple, and Boeing.

Tyler Weldon

Tableau Community Learning Program Manager at Salesforce

Tyler Weldon (Ph.D.) is the Tableau Community Learning Program Manager at Salesforce. Previously, Tyler spent over a decade in higher education where he worked in the areas of adult education, web development, and data analytics. Prior to joining Tableau, Tyler managed a university-wide learning management system, created detailed analytical reports using big data and Tableau, and developed faculty training/webinars. Tyler also was an adjunct instructor for the UAB Computer Science department and Graduate School. Tyler previously served as an instructional designer and web application developer creating training material and mobile applications. Tyler’s mobile application, SOW, can still be found in the Apple and Google Play stores. Tyler combines his technology background with education and science degrees to create new and innovative approaches to curriculum and project management.

Jason Bekkedam

Lead Solutions Engineer

Jason Bekkedam is a Lead Solutions Engineer for Tableau from Salesforce, based in Toronto. Over the last four years, Jason has been instrumental in driving data-driven transformation for Canada's largest banks, wealth management, and insurance companies, helping them turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Away from his work, Jason, who is tall and an avid volleyball player, leverages his height on the court. Previously to working as a Solutions Engineer, Jason worked as an official Tableau instructor where he taught Tableau Desktop I, II, II & Tableau Server Architecture to over 1000 people over his tenure.

Rekha Srivatsan is the Chief Marketing Officer of Tableau at Salesforce. With extensive experience in product marketing and customer engagement, Rekha is passionate about empowering organizations of all sizes to unlock insights and achieve success through data-driven decision making. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled innovative products that foster meaningful connections between companies and their customers, from emerging startups to global enterprises.

Expert in unlocking potential through data and education. With over 20 years of industry experience, Celia has managed complex projects and guided diverse teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. As a practitioner turned educator, she empowers careers by transforming data into actionable insights and creating meaningful learning experiences. Proficient in analytics platforms and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL and Python, Celia supports global learners and enterprises in achieving smarter decisions and better career outcomes. For inspiration, she’s a pianist, global explorer, scuba diver, and proud mom of three incredible young adults

Deborah Simmonds

Tableau Ambassador & Senior BI Analyst at JLL

Deborah was introduced to Tableau in 2019 and was drawn in by its user-friendly interface and powerful analytical capabilities. With the support, coaching, and encouragement of the Tableau Community, she successfully navigated a major career change in her late 40s. Deborah now works as a Senior BI Analyst at JLL. She is a passionate advocate for training and personal development, and she finds deep fulfillment in helping others build the skills and confidence they need to pursue their own career transitions.

Mo Wootten

Senior Analyst at UK Sports Institute

Mo works with British Olympic and Paralympic sports to create award-winning insight that improves athlete health and performance. He also co-leads #SportsVizSunday and the new Sports TUG - two Tableau-focused communities that share the twin passions of sport and data – and the London TUG. An ambassador since 2022, Mo enjoys making visualisations that extend the boundaries of what can be done with map layers and parameter actions and likes to turn everything into an opportunity to make small multiples or use trigonometry.
