Leland Wilkinson

Leland Wilkinson is Tableau's VP of Statistics. He developed the SYSTAT statistical package and the Skytree Adviser expert statistical system. While working at SPSS, he wrote The Grammar of Graphics, which served as the foundation of the RAVE visualization system used in IBM Watson. Wilkinson is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and the International Statistical Institute.
