What they do
NeighborWorks America arose from a community-led campaign for better housing in Pittsburgh in the late 1960s. It’s now a national organization chartered and funded by Congress to support smaller nonprofits working on affordable housing and community development in communities across the U.S.
What our partnership does
Each of NeighborWorks’ partner organizations collects data around affordable its housing efforts. Tableau Foundation helped set up a data fellowship that’s training people to analyze those data streams and develop a clear picture of what programs are most successful.
