A Beginner's Guide to Maps

This demo-heavy session will deliver a wide range of mapping features in Tableau. You’ll leave this session understanding how to build several different maps using geocoding and spatial connectors. We’ll dive into best practices and uncover some common mistakes and how to correct them. Expect to learn how to use the superstore data set to get started, how to define and use spatial files, and how to build a dashboard that uses multiple vizzes (including a map) within a scenario to uncover outliers or interesting data.
