Andrew has worked at York St John University for 11 years and has 15 years of experience in data analysis, performance management and planning roles. York St John purchased Tableau in 2013 and have used it to create a data portal for their staff that enables them to interact with data relating to the ‘student lifecycle’. Compared with Excel, Tableau is quicker, more visual and interactive, and easier for their staff to use. It’s also saved them time as they longer have to field basic data requests as questions can be asked and answered in Tableau.
