Homer Wang

Homer Wang is a product leader at Salesforce driving the future of AI-powered analytics as the founding product manager for AI capabilities in both Tableau Next and Tableau Pulse — the world’s first agentic analytics platform and Tableau’s first generative AI application, respectively. Previously leading Tableau Augmented Analytics, Homer has helped revamp the Tableau AI platform with a portfolio of products now enjoyed daily by Fortune 500 companies and the DataFam community globally.

With a background in business, computer science, and law from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, Homer brings an interdisciplinary lens to innovation, blending deep technical insight with a unique understanding of enterprise and human needs.

Outside of work, Homer is a thought leader in the topics of AI and innovation, and dedicated to lifelong learning and community service. He is an avid biker, skier, classical guitarist, and an unapologetic Marvel fan — though he wouldn’t mind grabbing shawarma with Batman once the world is saved.
