Max interned with Tableau Research and is working on topics related to dashboard text authoring support. He is currently an assistant professor at WPI, after finishing his PhD at the University of Utah working with Alex Lex and Marina Kogan.He is interested in research on enhancing people’s understanding (and reducing their misunderstanding) of data and visualizations.
