The analytics team at Providence Health has embraced the 'Agile Analytics' paradigm to drive change and transformation - designing analytics solutions and dashboards collaboratively with the end-user, not for the end-user, to maximize adoption and impact care delivery. In this presentation they will discuss how they leveraged 'Lean Start Up' methodology for analytics design and deployment, to drive continuous process improvement using Lean Six-Sigma in a high reliability environment to drive significant change with measurable impact. They will also articulate the value enabled by self-service visual analytics in their accomplishment of HIMSS Stage 7 meaningful use certification.
