Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Small- to Mid-sized Business (SMB) Account Executives identify new business, drive market share, and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound opportunities. They form and execute sales strategies in a region to drive revenue growth through products, systems, and services.
Solutions Engineers are empowered to sell the technical features, capabilities, and value of Tableau as a modern business intelligence platform. They deliver customized product demonstrations by articulating technical advantages. They contribute to account planning and customer adoption and success, aligning with customer goals using best practices and partnerships with Account Executives.
Tableau Sales Leaders drive all aspects of the sales process, including lead management, qualification, evaluation, deal-making, partner engagement, and more. They inspire high-performing sales staff to overachieve targets. Sales Leaders possess strong business acumen to engage with customers up to the C-Suite and have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges and convey compelling value propositions.
Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are trusted advisors to customers, advocating for their success and adoption. They consult and partner with customers to achieve their business goals and maximize value from their investment in the Tableau platform. CSMs interact with customers daily to build relationships, drive adoption, and provide awareness to all resources.
Technical Support/Technical Account Manager
Tech Support and Technical Account Managers (TAMs) help to triage and resolve technical issues for our customers. They act as the primary technical liaison between customers and Tableau teams until issues are resolved. Some Technical Support Engineers own support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues with enterprise customers. They assist with support, deployment, and are trusted advisors as customers scale.
