Silvia Graciela Tenazinha

Silvia knows exactly how the business transformation process works. For 20 years she held both consultative and business roles in the technology industry. She is also familiar with the B2C and B2B markets. She has experience in retail, contact centers, digital channels, e-commerce, and Marketplace. She is an expert in customer experience, loyalty, and retention. She has worked at the executive level (C-Suite) for more than 10 years and has an outstanding knowledge of the dynamics of the Latin American market, business culture and competitive influences. Silvia also has a lot of experience and know-how about the expansion of new markets, business development, product placing, organizational development, and strategic thinking. This has allowed her to achieve a steady increase in sales. She is a dynamic sales executive leader who brings excellent results and generates profits for the company. Her tasks include goal setting, market research, operations, forecasting, reporting, training, and motivation. She is an expert in negotiation, innovation, customer experience, business development management, and managing corporate relations with business partners at C level, CRM, SAP, Oracle.

Cinthya Carolina Sánchez Osorio

CIO, UNIVERSIDAD DE LOS ANDES, COLOMBIA

Cinthya Carolina Sánchez Osorio is a Systems Engineer, has a master’s degree in Systems and Computing, and an MBA in Administration. She graduated from the Universidad de los Andes and holds a PMP certification. She has more than 12 years of experience in positions such as Consultant, Project Manager, Chief Information and Analysis Officer, and Chief Information Officer (CIO). During her career she has promoted digital strategies and high impact teams for the implementation and adoption of information technologies. Cinthya currently works as CIO for the Universidad de los Andes and oversees the digital transformation of the institution, a leader in the country and the region. For over six years, she has also worked in academia, teaching classes on information technologies in organizations, emerging technologies for digital businesses, integrating information systems, and information project management as part of undergraduate and master’s programs at the Universidad de los Andes.

In her professional career spanning over 35 years, she has pioneered in the development and implementation of systems that have transformed business models in the Mexican retail industry. These included, among others, the implementation of the barcode in products, service payment at checkout, applications for online purchases, Big Data analysis, and automatic restocking. In addition, she developed new business models that add value for customers, employees, suppliers, and shareholders. These models positioned the company as a leading technology organization. She currently leads the execution of the digital transformation process focused on the customer experience for Grupo La Comer. In 2003 and 2014, Infoword magazine named her “CIO of the year.” Also, since 2001, the company has been recognized by Netmedia as one of the “50 most innovative Mexican companies in technology.” It ranked first in 2009 and 2010, second in 2004, and third in 2006. Since 2006, and whenever she takes part in the survey, Expansión magazine includes her in the list of the 100 most powerful women in the business world. She ranked 10th in 2006.

Pilar García

DIRECTORA GENERAL, SALESFORCE, MÉXICO

Pilar García es directora general de Salesforce en México. Allí es responsable de liderar las unidades de negocio de la empresa en el país. Estas apoyan a los clientes de todos los tamaños y sectores en su transformación digital y los ayudan a perfeccionar la experiencia del cliente. Comenzó a trabajar en la empresa en 2018 como vicepresidente de ventas de Sales Cloud para Latinoamérica. Desde entonces, es embajadora de los principales valores de Salesforce: confianza, éxito del cliente, innovación e igualdad. Pilar cuenta con una sólida trayectoria en el sector de la tecnología, tras haber ocupado posiciones de liderazgo en empresas como Oracle, Sun Microsystems y HP.
Tiene una licenciatura en Administración Industrial de la Unidad Profesional Interdisciplinaria de Ingeniería y Ciencias Sociales y Administrativas del IPN. Cuenta, además, con estudios en desarrollo organizacional, así como con un MBA del Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Cursó un programa de marketing estratégico en la Escuela de Postgrado de Negocios Stanford y tiene diversas certificaciones de la Escuela de Negocios Kellogg y el Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa.
