Orchestrating a BI Revolution at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina

As BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina's BI Architect and Tableau champion, Chris has established himself as an innovator and disrupter in the area of visual analytics. He wears several hats including—but not limited to—Tableau Server admin, solutions architect, analyst, and developer. Chris has used a combination of creativity and lessons learned from more established Tableau practices to deliver big changes in an industry that has traditionally lagged others in terms of IT innovation and adoption. His greatest joy at work is in his role as the 'Obi Wan of Tableau,' where he gets to mentor young analysts in their journey to become Tableau Jedis.
