Jim Gregory has worked with Humana for over six years. He helped build a fledging pharmacy website into a multi-billion dollar digital channel eCommerce Department within Humana Inc. Jim was recently promoted into a newly formed Digital Analytics and Insights department where he and his colleagues focus on developing analytics, discovering insights, and buildings dashboards to help their business stakeholders understand the digital behavior of Humana Members. Jim has taken Tableau Fundamentals, Tableau Advanced, and D3 classes. Jim has been using Tableau since 2014, and has been a pivotal role in helping his new team adopt Tableau as their agile business intelligence tool of choice.
