Ashley Howard Neville

Senior Evangelist, Tableau

As a business-minded technologist and evangelist of self-service data, Ashley brings over a decade of experience leading cross-functional efforts to grow adoption of analytics platforms at Fortune 500 companies. She is a data and analytics thought leader who enjoys learning and sharing insights on how to transform large, global companies to successfully leverage data platform investments and develop programmatic support to build successful cultures of self-service analytics.

Cam Caldwell

Director, Customer Solutions Programs, Tableau Software

Cam Caldwell is a Global Director of Operations for Customer Success at Tableau Software. In his role, Cam supports the Customer Success organization with close coordination with Support, Professional Services, Sales, and HR audiences. Cam is responsible for leading programs and operational initiatives spanning strategy, people, process, tools, and technology in order to deliver against key Customer Success goals. Before joining Tableau, Cam was employee #7 at Socrata, leading multiple teams and strategies over 7 years as Socrata grew to 200 employees, a $25M run rate, and a $150M purchase by Tyler Technologies in 2018. Prior to Socrata, Cam spent a decade leading business sales, account management, and professional services units at technology and consulting firms. Cam grew up in Atlanta, GA and is a graduate of Georgia Tech.

Mike Crook

Director of Finance Data Office, Salesforce + Tableau

Mike spent four years as a software developer supporting financial & management systems before moving into a number of different IT management roles. In 2001, he moved into his first “data analytics” role and luckily discovered Tableau Desktop in 2007. This discovery changed his career. Mike joined Tableau as the first IT Finance Manager in late 2011 and in 2015, he took on a new role as the Senior Manager of Analytics to enable everyone at Tableau to use Tableau. In 2016, he moved back into Finance to lead Finance Analytics. Now he is the Director of the Finance Data Office at Salesforce driving Data Strategy, Governance and Analytics across the entire Finance organization (which includes Tableau). He’s excited to share how anyone, but specifically finance professionals, can use Tableau to see and understand their own data.

Jon Agnone

Senior Director of People Analytics, Salesforce

Jon Agnone, PhD., is Salesforce’s Senior Director of People Analytics (legacy Tableau People Analytics Director). Before joining Salesforce/Tableau, Jon was Senior Manager and lead Data Scientist in People Analytics with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for nearly 7 years, where he helped build out and mature the function over his tenure. Jon is currently an affiliate assistant professor with the University of Washington's Department of Sociology, faculty associate with the University of Washington's Harry Bridges Center for Labor Studies, affiliate faculty at the University of Washington’s eScience Institute, and executive director and co-founder of the Northwest Social Research Group. Jon is currently serving as a panel expert with the International Institute of Analytics, focusing his expertise within HR and People Analytics. Jon has authored multiple published scholarly and policy reports, has presented to technical and non-technical professional, policy and academic audiences, and has become enamored with the power of Tableau to bring HR data to life for those who don’t torture data for a living.

Jon and team were Tableau and Workday customers while with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where they built out self-service dashboards and data integrations using Workday and other people data sources. His team led internal HR and enterprise-wide Tableau trainings, have presented at the Tableau conference and other data and analytics conferences, and have informally advised other companies looking to build out people analytics functions. In partnership with other Seattle people analytics leaders, Jon co-founded the Seattle People Analytics Forum, which meets twice a year (pre-pandemic), to facilitate knowledge exchange and incubation of work in the field.

AB Commendatore

Principal Technical Program Manager, Customer Solutions, Tableau

AB Commendatore (Principal Program Manager, Customer Solutions) started at Tableau in 2012 as a Technical Support Specialist assisting customers in conquering data challenges. Her passion for high quality initial triage, excellent customer service, and background in production management led to roles as the first Support readiness trainer and Tableau Doctor program manage respectively. In her current role, her focus is on developing and stewarding high-impact programs including TableauCares, Iron Viz, and Tableau Doctor. AB is originally from Cape Cod, MA and now lives in Seattle with her partner and two cats. When not at work (or in lockdown), she enjoys cooking, traveling, kayaking, and roots for the Seattle Storm.

Amanda Lapid

Web Analytics Product Manager at Tableau

Amanda is Tableau's Google Analytics (GA) product owner and subject matter expert. She manages Tableau's web analytics implementation across all its domains, ensuring everything is tracked and measurable. She also works on GA integrations with other platforms and helps users at Tableau access and understand web data.

Jeremy Blaney

VP Customer Success, Lovelytics

Jeremy is the Vice President of Customer Success at Lovelytics, helping organizations navigate their data, analytics, and AI journey—and drive measurable outcomes—through a whole-of-ecosystem approach. Outside of work, Jeremy is a lecturer on data and analytics at The Fletcher School at Tufts University.

Before joining Lovelytics, Jeremy was at Tableau and Salesforce, leading high-touch customer success teams and strategic customer solutions initiatives such as Tableau Blueprint. During his tenure, Jeremy worked with some of the largest organizations across the public sector (including the United Nations), financial services, and management consulting on designing data, analytics, and AI strategies, accelerating enterprise adoption of analytics, and building data culture.

To this day, Jeremy is a data-driven practitioner at heart. From his early experience as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force to managing workforce analytics initiatives at Bank of America to leading data and solution strategy for Salesforce’s COVID-19 response, his desire to dig into the data to drive business outcomes remains strong.

Jeremy is a proud Michigan State graduate. He also holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy from Norwich University and a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. Jeremy lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.
