Divya Malhotra MD,MHA,MBA,

Director of Analytics and Innovation, Stamford Health

Divya Malhotra leads the department of Analytics and Innovation at Stamford Health . In this role, she leads the organization in the areas of Clinical and Business Analytics, Performance Improvement, and Business Planning. Prior to joining Stamford Health, Divya worked as Senior Manager for the Healthcare Operations division of Plante & Moran, where she led various consulting projects focusing on Cost Reduction, Value Analysis and Revenue Cycle enhancement for various healthcare organizations. Divya has also worked as Director Performance Improvement at VHA Consulting Services, where she assisted clients in Process Improvement and resource utilization using advanced analytical tools.

Divya is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She has an MD from University of Mysore, India, and a MBA and MHA from University of Minnesota.

Luis C. Rodriguez Ortiz, CFA, CAIA, FRM, MBA

Senior Project Manager, Analytics and Innovation, Stamford Health

Luis C. Rodríguez has over ten years of combined professional experience in asset management, corporate finance, and healthcare data analytics. He joined the Stamford Health System in 2015 and currently serves as a Project Manager at the Analytics and Innovation department. Prior to joining Stamford Health, Luis worked as a financial analyst at Hencorp, a Miami-based financial services firm, where he was responsible for leading the research efforts of the firm’s forfeiting and trade finance team. Luis also served as an investment analyst and advisor at Lloyds Banking Group, acting as a subject matter expert on global economic views, market trends, investment products and asset allocation strategies.

Luis obtained a B.A. in Financial Management from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico and earned his MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential, the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, and the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charter.
