This session will highlight key elements from the Tableau Blueprint that businesses and organizations can use in their own communities. Creating and supporting a healthy internal forum, building a culture of analytics, developing and supporting customer champions through an MVP program and gamification, and key features from the engagement guide will be the most exciting. The session will primarily focus on best practices and tools individuals or teams building a COE can put into practice through what we have observed and supported across the Tableau Community team.

Kelly Jones

Principal Customer Success Manager, Tableau

Kelly Jones has spent the last five years helping Tableau’s largest customers build a culture of Analytics. An original member of the Tableau D.C office in its infancy, she’s had the opportunity to support customers on both coasts. As an initial member of the Tableau Customer Success Team, she’s helped to shape the program since its official launch in 2018. Kelly lives and breathes data both with her customers and at home, where she spends time training for triathlons and analyzing training data to optimize performance.
