Jason Harmer

Performance Analysis Consultant, TELUS

Jason Harmer is a visualization and analytics expert with over 10 years of results-driven data experience. As a creative leader, he has significant experience dealing with complex data governance, collection and transformation activities. Before moving to Calgary in August 2019, he was the co-lead for the Des Moines Tableau User Group, DAMA Iowa chapter president, and co-lead of a Des Moines Analytics meetup group. He attained his Tableau Desktop Certified Professional certification in 2017 and received his Master of Business Analytics degree in 2018 from Iowa State University (Ames, Iowa). He was recently hired as a Performance Analysis Consultant at Telus to help drive a data strategy and help executive leaders gain better insights with data.

Information Management and Analytics Consultant, Slalom

Gordon is an experienced data and analytics leader with more than seven years of consulting experience leading analytics initiatives for companies and organizations. At Slalom, Gordon focuses on solution delivery and helping people gain a deeper understanding of their business through cloud computing and advanced analytics. His specialties include solution architecture, analytics program management, and data science. He is an enthusiastic fan of Tableau’s new Prep tool (check out his articles on www.gordonstrodel.com) and is a Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate. Gordon earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering (with a minor in Mathematics) from LeTourneau University.
