Tableau and Adobe Analytics: Digital Marketing Gets Even More Awesome

This week the Tableau team joined Adobe in beautiful Salt Lake City to talk about our new partnership and how we can help our customers access one of the most important sources of digital marketing data. We are at the Adobe Summit showcasing our combined development effort that helps marketers leverage their Marketing Cloud data inside of Tableau. Recently Adobe added a new feature to their Data Warehouse that enables customer to create a Tableau Extract directly from within the Adobe Marketing Cloud. This new functionality brings digital marketing data to Tableau users in a simple and easy workflow. The Adobe Marketing Cloud provides a complete set of marketing solutions for customers to manage all their marketing efforts and now that data can easily be viewed in Tableau, blended with other data sources, and put into beautiful dashboards.

This functionality opens the door for Tableau customers to more effectively explore and analyze the results of marketing processes, especially when the goal is to layer in additional data from outside Adobe Analytics environment. The ability to measure the results from marketing programs has never been easier! Customers can use the insights gained from their analyses to optimize future marketing efforts and change the overall marketing mix to reach customers more effectively.
