Jay Peir
Jay Peir is Tableau's Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, responsible for corporate strategy, pricing, and acquisitions. He also advises the Tableau Foundation, which he helped to establish in 2013. Prior to joining Tableau in 2011, he served in various senior roles at SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) including as VP of Corporate Development, VP & Treasurer, and as CFO. While at SunPower, Jay helped scale the organization from a start-up to a multi-billion dollar solar energy company.

Jay brings over 20 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and business development. He earned a bachelor's and master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from Stanford Business School.

Dan Miller
Dan Miller is the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Sales, Services and Support for Tableau. Miller is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience. Most recently, he led the global go-to-market strategy, sales and operations for Oracle’s ISV/OEM and Java businesses. Previously, he led Juniper’s Enterprise business and spent nearly 20 years at Sun Microsystems where he held a variety of senior sales management positions. As SVP, Global Systems and Storage for Sun, Dan led the server and storage field sales and engineering unit. Dan also brings to Tableau a global leadership background, including a three-year period as President and Chairman of Sun Microsystems K.K., Sun Microsystem’s subsidiary in Japan. He holds a bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in information systems and marketing from the University of Colorado.

Will is a teacher. He’s consistently failed to get a real job, instead working in tech companies for most of his debatably professional career.

He learnt to code in primary school, and has since founded and sold multiple companies, is an award winning lecturer and speaker, and sits on the board of a handful of businesses and non-profits.

He lives in Melbourne, with a neuroscientist and two cats, and plans to retire on Mars.

In his spare time, Will doesn't have any.

Cynthia is a Tableau Senior Sales Consultant who has worked in the software industry for over 15 years. She has a wealth of experience building simple solutions to complex problems across a wide range of industries. Prior to working for Tableau, she experienced first-hand of working with data complexity and the impact it brings into an organisation. In addition to helping people see and understand data, she sat on the board for an Australian non-for-profit organisation (Action for Poverty), where she encourages data-driven decision making for effective community development projects around the world. Cynthia holds a double degree in Engineering (First Class Honours) and Computer Science from RMIT University.

Jason has helped some of Tableau’s largest customers in the ANZ region to build out their BI Centres of Excellence.

Andrew is a Staff Product Manager at Tableau Software in Palo Alto, in the Augmented Analytics strategy area. He is focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Automated Insights. Andrew’s passion for technology and entrepreneurship led him to co-found (as CEO) ClearGraph in 2014 (acquired by Tableau in 2017). Andrew graduated summa cum laude from the Gabelli School of Business and made his name by breaking into the highly competitive world of venture capital at age seventeen. During his career in venture capital, he spent six years investing in and advising companies in SaaS, healthcare, and tech-enabled services. In his free time, you will find him wakeboarding and surfing in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Before joining Tableau in 2015, Zac worked for 16 years at Microsoft where he specialized in cross-stack product leadership for mobile, desktop, server, and cloud for both consumer and enterprise. He helped build Windows 10, Windows Phone, MSN, Bing Maps, MS Access, and SharePoint. Zac holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Idaho, several patents for his work with Microsoft, and is a published author.
